Shipping Information
We do our best to keep shipping prices as low as possible. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please give us a street address when possible. If you choose UPS shipping, but give us a PO Box, we will have to switch it to U.S. Postal Service shipping and for larger packages we might have to charge an additional fee to cover an increase in shipping costs the post office might charge us. All items are currently in stock, except for the rare occasions where we get a run on an item and suddenly sell out. If this happens we try to note this on the item's web page as soon as we can. We'll do our best to get the item back in stock as quickly as possible and will notify you of when we expect to get it in again. Regular ground shipping within the US usually takes less than a week, but it can take up to two weeks for delivery unless you choose rush shipping. We normally ship within 24 hours, but on very rare occasions it does take longer (usually around holiday weekends or if we need to contact you for further information and have trouble getting hold of you). To estimate when you will receive your package, add 24 to 36 hours to the usual transit time from the map below. Bad weather can also cause delays with UPS and the postal service. All times are calculated in business days, so be sure to take weekends and holidays into account. Please remember that this is just an estimate. We give priority to rush orders. We always process and ship rush orders first. Rush orders that we receive by noon Pacific Time almost always ship out the same day. Delays are primarily caused by an inability to reach a customer by phone when we require further information. We are closed on Fridays and weekends, so rush orders placed over the weekend generally ship on Monday. 
Be sure to add weekends and holidays to this estimate. We ship by UPS or by US Postal Service only. We can ship by UPS 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air or Next Day Air, but these cost extra based on the weight of the package. You will have a chance to request this when you submit your order. UPS does not count weekends when calculating shipping times, so a package shipped by 3-Day Select that goes out on Thursday will arrive the following Tuesday. UPS guarantees express deliveries and they will refund the cost of shipping if the package is not delivered on time. The post office does not guarantee any packages will be delivered by a given time or date, even their "Global Express Guaranteed" is not guaranteed. Saturday Saturday Delivery: The post office delivers on Saturday, but UPS only does with Next Day Air Saturday Delivery and it costs $20 extra, but this is not available to some remote areas. US Postal Service Priority Mail: Please note that the delivery time for Priority Mail is the same as First Class Mail. If a package weighs under 13 ounces the post office calls it First Class. For packages 13 ounces or over it is called Priority. Priority Mail can take a week to be delivered from the time it is shipped. US Postal Service Express Mail: Express mail through the post office is not always overnight - sometimes it can take two days to be delivered. UPS Next Day Air: We must receive UPS Next Day Air orders before noon Pacific Time in order for it to go out the same day. Tracking: UPS packages can be tracked, but postal service packages cannot. No Guarantees: We do our best to get rush orders out as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee that any package will arrive by a given date. On rare occasions mistakes do happen that can delay packages. Oversized and large rush order packages: Please note that our shipping calculator does not take into account the size of the package. Because both UPS and USPS charge more for oversized boxes, orders in large packages might require an additional charge. Address Correction Charges We request a "ship to" address. If this address is submitted incorrectly, or you have the package rerouted by USPS or UPS, there will be an address correction bill sent to you. This charge is $10 for each package within the shipment. Failure to provide a suite or apartment number will also incur the address correction charge. Please help us by giving a complete address which includes company names, floors, apartment or suite numbers.
